Courier
We make use of The Courier Guy (
www.thecourierguy.co.za) for our shipping and courier services.  Delivery will be within 5 - 7 working days after payment confirmation and the order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Costs will be calculated when checked out. 

Post Office Delivery
Should you wish to use the post office for delivery, please request this and we will send you a quotation. 

International Delivery - please contact our customer services team: 
customer@mascor.co.za   to arrange for a delivery quotation for shipping abroad and across RSA Borders.  

Please note that Mascor Online is not responsible for tracking of any parcels or purchases.  Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, you will immediately be sent an email with your order and tracking number. 

Please ensure that delivery and contact details are precise and correct when entering them on our website.

Should you wish to track your order, please visit: www.thecourierguy.co.za  You will be able to track your parcel online via their website.  Please ensure that you have your tracking number available. 

Should you have any problems or any an enquiry please email our customer service team on 
customer@mascor.co.za  Please quote your order and tracking number in the subject line in order for us to assist. 

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.  Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. 

Free Delivery
Free delivery will occur to a Mascor branch, if the parcel is collected directly from the applicable Mascor Branch.  Komatipoort and Malelane do not currently offer this service.  Delivery to the branch will take up to 10 days.  If you prefer to have your purchase within 5 - 7 working days or if you do not live near a Mascor branch, then the courier fee will apply.

Product Availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability.  Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the following day provided payment is validated before 15:00 hours.

Should the item be out of stock, please contact our customer service team: 
customer@mascor.co.za with a description and a product code of the item you would like to purchase.  We will then advise whether the item is temporarily unavailable or whether it is permanently unavailable. 

Temporarily Unavailable:
Please email our customer service team; 
customer@mascor.co.za to make an enquiry.  Our customer service team will then notify you of any delays in delivery or advise you on an alternative product.  Please note that it may take up to 10 working days plus transit time before your "temporarily unavailable" item reaches you.  This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse. 
Permanently Unavailable:
We regret to inform you that the product is the last of its range and will no longer be manufactured.  Please contact us customer service team on: 
customer@mascor.co.za for assistance in purchasing an alternative product.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.  Should we be faced with such an occurrence our customer service team will contact you to provide a revised shipping schedule.
