How do I know you have received my order?
As soon as payment is received, an order number is generated.  Our customer service team will ensure that you item is picked and packed.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order and tracking number.

How do I track my order?
For deliveries via couier - please visit:
www.aramex.co.za with your tracking number.  For free delivery to Mascor Branches for collection - please contact: customer@mascor.co.za with your order number.

I can not find what I am looking for.
Please contact

I have a special request

I received a damaged article
