Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase or you wish to cancel it, you will be liable for a 10% handling fee.

You must advise us in writing of your cancellation  and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase and forwarded to returns@mascor.co.za  

The written letter of refund or cancellation has to be sent on or before 7 days after receiving the goods and the goods must be returned to Mascoronline  within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging, including labels, boxes and/or bags.  

Please note that we do not refund or return any item of clothing due to ordering the wrong size. The onus lies on the customer to ensure that they order the correct size and therefore returns and refunds will only be granted on faulty orders or damaged goods.

Damaged Goods
Mascoronline must be informed immediately when damaged stock is receive.  Please forward an email with a photograph of the item, in its original packaging, sent to:  returns@mascor.co.za  

In such an event the product(s) must be returned to Mascoronline in its original packaging, including all labels, boxes and/or bags. Any such cancellation must be done via the Refund and Return Services, returns@mascor.co.za and returns must be delivered to Mascoronline within 30 days’ of receiving it.  

Although we try our very best to package the items you’ve purchased in such a way that it will be delivered without fault, we cannot guarantee this.

Late Delivery
Our guarantee is that a purchase will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after an order has been finalised and payment has been received, and the order dispatched.  However it can occur that the delivery arrives later than expected due to circumstances out of our control.  You may cancel your purchase within 7 day's written notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified.

* Note:  Mascoronline recommends that you use The Courier Guy or UTI  for all returns these are our appointed couriers and this will ensure that your returned products reach us. Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
